Return & Exchange Policy
At Divas Fashion Hub, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at support@divasfashionhub.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on used, damaged, or personalized items, and we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
